tempermental spin action
The spin action sometimes works - doesn't always and you are left having to wring the washing out by hand. Very unreliable. The display panel shows `unb' when the spin action has failed. I dread looking at this panel when my washing has finished to see if the dreaded unb is showing. I personally find it nearly always does it when I wash towels or bed linen. Totally baffled!!! Just wish I never bought it.

I was taken in bt the sales spiel ' Not a well known brand but we've found them excellent....relaibility ......value..... engineers say they're rock solid....' and so on.

Wrong.

It's a dog. A complete dog. However you load it the spin action fails 9 times out of 10 and it has to be set off again, and again, and again, and again. Wash is adequate at best and poor most of the time with a special feature which tangles clothes into a small compact ball that water and detergent cannot penetrate.

Engineer commented off the record that it is junk - said he was leaving next week and so could tell the truth!
